• Proven experience in the provision of project and quality management services for other foreign funded projects (World Bank, EBRD, USAID) in the member states, candidate countries as well as the countries in accession.
• Strong experience in collaboration with stakeholders to promote ownership,
• Excellent relations developed with the public authorities and NGOs,
• Extensive knowledge and strong experience on 2023 vision of the Republic of Turkey, development plans, annual programmes and strategy and action plans as well as the Acquis Communautaire which are essential documents for the “Machinery Project”,
• Vast experience on every part of Turkey, peoples, locals, customs and attitudes which were gained through years of work and careful observations which all are crucial for the accomplishment of the project objectives. 

European Profiles

• Very good understanding of matters related to the product safety in Machinery sector
• Extensive experience and in-depth understanding of monitoring and evaluation mechanisms for accreditation standards for conformity assessment, testing/calibration laboratories, EU directives and regulations on machinery
• Experience providing technical assistance in the elaboration of requirement specifications,
